to end. One of the most important threads is that God wants to live with his people. This was his desire in Eden. It was represented in the tabernacle and later the temple. In the New Testament, we learn that God, rather than inhabiting structures of stone and wood, inhabits the flesh and blood fellowship of the church. Of course, one day he really will return to live with his people in the new heavens and new earth. We will see him as he is, and we will live with him in perfect fellowship. Todd
